Life Goes On & On… Part 2, an Update

April 9, 2009

For those that are interested or care, an Update on my Monday Post

I completed my day and a half, 725 mile interview tour to Houston & Austin, and although I won’t know the results until the end of next week, I think that I have a pretty good shot at both opportunities, and probably better with the Austin position. Again, the unfortunate issue is the requirement to move (I’ve always said, I’d rather be beat to death than move, as when you’re done you feel about the same) for either job; the fortunate, if the latter position, then I’ll be living much closer to my father in the Lake Hill Country of Texas. I’m one of those guilty sons that always wanted to spend more time with his father, but because of jobs have never had much opportunity. Now with his advancing age (85) and health issues (treatable– at this point– congestive heart failure) I am well aware that time is running out, so the thought of living within 50 miles (the closest since I was 18) vs. the nearest since, 245 (currently) miles, is a real boon and exciting. I spent Tuesday night with him and my step-mother and they were hopeful that the opportunity will work out.

I will be working the next two days editing the last chapter of my novel (Dragonet: Allah’s Instrument) for submission to my acqauintance for her to pass on her boss for his input next week.

On to Illya, after dropping him off at the vet on Monday morning for the fluid treatment, I went on with a number of errands, but less than 2 hours later they called for me to return and pick him up. They ran his blood tests again and they were much much worse and had decided that the treatment would kill him outright (more or less drown him) and that we could only continue with what meds we were already giving and make him comfortable. That was Monday noon, and he’s still the same, bouncy and alert, but I have noticed he seems to be resting/sleeping more. But, again, when he’s up, there doesn’t seem to be any change. This is slowly killing my wife, she feels that this is happening every couple of months  (it isn’t really that frequent), but then four in less than two years is way too much for a heart such as hers.

Now, as Life DOES go on & on, a friend sends me a reality check on my sadness of the impending loss a beloved pet while she is having to close the “doors” on her 35 year old drug-addicted daughter. They tried an intervention a couple of weeks ago (on her birthday) and this on-going hell for her has come to the tough love (as we called it in the 70s)  requirement. My pain is real, I love this animal, but what is my pain to hers — nothing. I have been fortunate and blessed that of five children (four sons and one step-daughter), they’re all well, healthy and successful. One son was on this same path in high school but God’s providence allowed him to meet a young lady (on the same path as well) and in their meeting and joining they changed their path, part of which was in giving their lives’ to Christ. Now they’ve been married 5 years, have successful careers, are integral to their church’s growth, and have a lovely home and we are hoping they’ll become parents and pass their love on to those children.

But, how do I express my pain for my friend when I haven’t had to make that choice with a child? Our children are our love personified and when they hurt we hurt, but when the seem to want to hurt, how do we take that away? Can we heal them or must we let nature take it’s course? We can only do so much for them and then it’s up to them. My friend has fought this addiction for her child and I’m sure she feels she has failed, but she hasn’t, she’s loved, supported and sacrificed to save her and the child doesn’t want saving. The problem is the child has not fought the addiction — the child has failed, not the mother. So, as I sit here worried for my wife and the pain to come for our loss of a loved furrkid, my pain is nowhere in the same realm that my friend is experiencing at this same moment.

I pray that God will intervene and save this child as he intervened and saved mine, but the child has to allow that option — she has to recognize the rescue when it shows itself–it is solely up to her. My friend should and will, I’m sure, continue to pray, as I will for her strength, and continue the love for her daughter she shows by closing the doors.

UPDATE (138 PM cdt): From my friend:

After a couple nights in her car, [Xxx] managed to get into a rehab. First she has to go to a detox facility, then to the rehab. This will be her third time in rehab. Maybe the third time will be the charm?

It does seem that tough love works, as does God’s will; perhaps He has gotten her attention. kb

Life goes on and on

April 6, 2009

To those folks that actually come here (the blog) regularly, I apologize for the lack of material the last and this coming week–life requires attention and mine has.

The continuing search for employment has resulted with (very fortunately) two interviews this week; one in Houston tomorrow (Tuesday) afternoon and the second in Austin on Wednesday morning, which allows me a few hours tomorrow night to spend with my father north of Austin where I’ll spend the night.  These are the only serious interest that I’ve garnered since I began this recent search in January. The obvious result if either opportunities shake out is we’ll be moving from the DFW area where we’ve lived (for all but 2 years) since the early 80s and where three of four sons (and families)  live, but such is need over want when looking for work.

Another opportunity has graced my time the last week as well, an offer to get my recent fiction (a sample here on my My Novels Page) in front of someone that has ties to publishing. So, I have been working to clean up and edit three representative chapters from the novel to submit for review and input, if nothing else, but hopefully to be passed on to an agent or editor. Of course, y’all know that I’d prefer this avenue to employment–writing for a living–but, I will wait until I hear if my work is worthy, and I receive a big-ass check before I quit looking for substantive employment.

Finally, our beloved 10 year old SamChow (Samoyed Chow mix), Illya, has been diagnosed with complete kidney failure. He isn’t much changed from when he was younger, so no noticeable indications of the illness, we just happened to find out through blood testing only because of my concern for some lost weight and the vet noticing his gums seemed pale–btw, there is no standard for blood testing for dogs or cats unless there are obvious indicators. Needless to say, this is terrible news as we have lost  four furrkids in less than two years. Regardless of that and how dear Illya is to us, facing another passing is just heart-wrenching. We have been running back and forth to the vet for meds and special food, in fact I have to take him in for a 48 hour fluids therapy this morning–drop him off today and pick him up on my return from my interview trip Wednesday afternoon. We hope that all our efforts can give him a comfortable life for a little while longer, again he shows no outward evidenceof his dibilitating disease, but when it comes down to it, we will not let him suffer.

All in all, fortune seems to be smiling on me momentarily and I intend to take advantage as best I can, but life goes on and other less fortunate issues come along to ensure we don’t forget that life is tenuous at best. One must take everything one step and day at a time and weather what storms that come, but enjoy the sunshine that lightens our lives.

With that said, I don’t understand the thought process of these arrogant murders, that we’ve been bombarded with the last few weeks, that walk into a Civic Center, Assisted Living Home, neighbor’s or relatives’ homes, etc. and start blowing away people just because their life sucks at the moment. Nor, of course, do I understand the Islamofascist suicide bomber or terrorist intent on killing and maiming en masspeople just going about their business because their god has promised 72 virgins or a heroic death. To my way of thinking, there is no differnece between the two groups–they have NO regard to the living and only care about how they are treated and thought of afterward–Arrogant Assholes all!

I Love Jonah Goldberg–Labor’s ‘card check’ tricks

March 24, 2009

Jonah Goldberg has it right and the most concise (if there can be any) explanation for the EFCA (Employees Free Choice Act) or Card (“Youse gonna sign that for da’ union, aintcha?”) Check in his article below. As I’ve warned, this is part of the complete steamrolling of Dear Leader’s plan to kill American business and industry. You add higher profit taxes, the cap & trade/carbon tax, the requirement that all jobs generated under the spendulus bill must be paid at union wage scale and then card check to ensure we pump up the unions membership (and thereby their coffers, automatically) where can a business in the US make a profit? This doesn’t even include Queen Nancy’s 12-15 new democrat voters/union workers when she passes the Immigration Amnesty Bill. So, you think unemployment is bad now, just wait until businesses close for one or more of the reasons above, then you’ll see the real destruction of the United States.

Just remember, HRO promised to “fundamentally change the country”. Well, he is and a majority of the American people voted him in and themselves out of their jobs to get “CHANGE”.

Proposed legislation could ‘shanghai’ workers into joining unions.
Jonah Goldberg
March 24, 2009
At the end of the 19th century, unsuspecting workers were “shanghaied” — a practice originated in that Chinese city — to work on British ships, which desperately needed the labor. All manner of tricks were used to hoodwink the poor souls into service at sea. According to one legend, press gangs, or “crimps,” would put a coin — “the king’s shilling” — in a man’s drink. If the mark drank the ale only to see the coin at the bottom of an empty glass, it was too late and he was a member of the Royal Navy.

The proposed Employee Free Choice Act, colloquially known as “card check,” might be better named “The Democrats’ Shilling Act.” It would radically revise the National Labor Relations Act, primarily by diluting the practice of requiring workers to vote for unionization via an election with a secret ballot, and by changing the rules by which a government official can force labor rules on employers — making the choice to unionize less free. Basically, under card check, labor can unionize a company’s employeesif 50% of the workers sign a card saying they want to unionize. The cards can be signed in the presence of others, including union organizers. [emphasis mine]

Indeed, the press gangs much prefer it that way.

There is a bloody spin war over whether card check abolishes the secret ballot or not. Pro-card-check forces insist that it doesn’t. Unfortunately, these voices include many mainstream reporters who consistently use the language preferred by Big Labor. They note that if 30% of the workers sign a card asking for an election, they can have one.

But this ignores the unions’ crimp tactics. For starters, the cards are written in ways that make “predatory lending” mortgages seem like paragons of full disclosure.

At the National Right to Work website, you can find an example of one of these cards. In big, bold letters on top, it says “Request for Employees Representation Election.” But after you fill out all the relevant info, then there’s the small print, authorizing the Teamsters to “represent me in all negotiations of wages, hours and working conditions.”

In other words, in many cases, workers (more…)

We’re Going to ‘Green Hell’ in a Handbasket

March 22, 2009

I posted Dear Leader’s intention to kill the manufacturing and industrial business in the U.S. this week through Cap ‘n Trade Taxing, including the smart electrical distribution grid utilizing ‘big brother’ thermostats that will squeel on you when you stay comfortable or use too(?) much electricity during peak times. When you combine those with enforced union organization through Card Check (EFCA), you are going to see a mass exodus of manufacturing and JOBS leave the United States. Why would a company continue to produce products  here when they’re taxed to death for emissions, and the cost to manufacture is increased by higher labor wages and benefits and energy use raises exponentially by shutting down generating plants to switch over to infant and inefficient solar and wind power? They WON’T! They’ll move manufacturing off shore or use subcontractors in Asia (period).

Most that know me know that the AGWH (Anthropogenic [Man-Made] Global Warming Hoax)  is my obsessive pet peeve and I’m not alone. Now Doug Giles at TownHall.com reviews Steve Milloy’s (JunkScience.com) new book “Green Hell: How Environmentalists Plan to Ruin Your Life and What You Can Do to Stop Them”, as he does so well with his own take on the goings on:

Welcome to Green Hell, Where You’re All a Bunch of Slaves

If you thought the global warming climate clowns were bad before Obama ascended to the throne, you ain’t seen nothing yet with our new chartreuse Commander in Chief. Of course Barack, personally or professionally, won’t go green because it’s too “inconvenient” and way too expensive for his gig, but for us serfs schlepping in Obamaland we will have to worship the turf because, you see, we’re murdering the earth. Quit laughing. This is serious. I said quit laughing. The earth is dying, and it ain’t funny.

[snip]

Check this out from Milloy and Green Hell, “It’s time you recognize that a great green tsunami is heading your way, threatening to wash away your standard of living and many of your liberties . . . your sense of the green movement may be that it simply advocates small lifestyle changes to benefit the environment. But the green agenda, in fact, is much more ambitious; it promotes countless new restrictions and regulations designed to reorder society from top to bottom . . . living on a smaller, more inconvenient, more uncomfortable, more expensive, less enjoyable, and less hopeful scale . . . It’s about you living under the green thumb.”

The Final Nail in the Death of America’s Business and Industry

March 19, 2009

His Royal Obamaness, The ONE, the Left’s Messiah, Dear Leader has the final nail all cued-up to be driven home to kill the United States’ capatalist-based business and industry, ensuring the path to socialism in complete, not only through Union-controlled wages stipulated in the Stimulus Bill, but with upcoming EPA controlled, Tax & Trade Plan.

The Paprazzi President Obama has so increased the deficit with the Spendulus and the OmniBS Bills to the point that the only way out, within the next two years, will be to hyperinflate the economy with a tremendous flood–a tsunami, if you will–of  paper money backed by nothing. Stalin said (I’m paraphrasing) the fastest way to institute socialism was to kill an economy and make money worthless, and Chairman Obama, the Dear Leader is going to do just that, but first he must reduce the GDP and tax base with Cap & Trade to fight the Global Warming Hoax, rebranded the Climate Crisis by the Goracle, Al Gore, The Green ONE.

Between Queen Pelosi’s wanting to flood the workforce, and as a by-product so enlarge the Demon-crats voting base that Conservatism will never regain a foothold in national politics, with automatically newly-minted immigrants through Illegal Aliens Amnesty (the conversion would instantly create at least 12-15 Million Democrats) with help of ACORN’s control of the census, and HRO’s Cap & Trade Tax, unemployment will be so deep that we’ll never recover enough taxes to overcome all the new spending deficit.

The $2 Trillion Cap & Trade Tax/Program will drive America’s industrial manufacturing complex off-shore, so that those of us unemployed today from the high-tech community, especially the Semiconductor and Printed Circuit Board industries, will never see a job again and our ranks will swell with millions more. This belief that a responsible business manager or owner will suck it up and play this game to continue building a business in the states is a ludicrous crack pipe-dream. (more…)

Tell me what IT (the Spendulus Bill) does for the People

February 12, 2009

You’ve probably gathered (by now), I’m not a Econo-geek, Policy Wonk or Demon-Crat, so I’m at a loss as to what I am to expect from the 2009 Stimulus Bill that is being prepared to Pass both the Senate and the House voting today or tomorrow, so that The One, HRO (His Royal Obamaness), the Savior can sign the Bill on President’s Day, Monday.

What I am is a techno-mechanic sales guy; someone that came to an interest in politics very late and having to work through and read a lot of nonsense and BS to try to make up for my lackadaisical attitude toward what impacted my life the first 46 years.

I had my Republican Epiphany in ’78 (during TWO’s–the Worthless One’s=Carter–regime) while in the Navy serving on a submarine out of Norfolk (which at the time was in VA, whose slogan then was “Welcome to VEPCO (the utility co back then), formerly know as Virginia). It was then that during a cruise ( I was on a fast attack boat so we went out for undetermined amounts of time, “boomers”–the ballistic missle subs– had the luxury of 100 day rotations) that I was bored enough (and after I had finished my qualifications) to look hard at my paycheck and realized that the amount of taxes I paid during the year actually paid my own salary for 4 months since I was employed by the government–so I was working for free for 4 months!  That realization was enough for me to change from being an Independent to a Republican. At that moment in time I had only voted once, for the the guy I thought was the best choice and because (primarily) the Doobie Brothers backed him–yep, I hoisted myself on my own petard–Carter. I also considered myself a liberal kind of guy becasue I grew up and came of age in the 60s and early 70s; but with age comes contemplation and I realize now I was always a conservative, even back with long hair and rock-n-roll, disgusted with all things political and the “man”. I never blamed the soldiers (I had a number of friends that served, and 3 that never made it home) in ‘Nam for anything, in fact, the only protest I participated in was the day of the Kent State “Masacre”–we walked out of class as the news spread and prayed at the flagpole for “our” fallen. Not silly, even now (of course, you couldn’t pray on school grounds now), that we did that, but other than that I took part in nothing else regarding that turmoil and tumultuos times.

But I’ve digressed, I am no longer a neophyte to the crap that all politicians–Repubs, RINOs, Demo & Demon-crats, even Indpendents or whatever else– say and do to get in and keep office. 9/11 changed me further–it made me pay attention, and after those terrible days, I kept paying attention. So now, I am not an innocent to what things they put forth will or won’t affect my life and livelihood. I have learned, especially since 9/11, what these assholes in Congress, the Senate and the Presidency, as well as the Cabinet, Justice, State and Judicial branch “employees” all want to do–stay alive in politics!

They don’t care how they get or keep their position; they don’t care about me or you; they only care for the power that “we” give them; but then, they want to keep and hold that power until they die, and in some cases treat as a legacy to pass on to their progeny, surrogates and wards. So in my infinite political wisdom (sarc) I’ve garnered in the last seven years, I realized all the above, but as well, that no one but myself is ever going to do anything for this 54 (almost) year old, white, Baptist, middle-class background and current (until I became unemployed) “social”standing, “Conservi-can” male. Actually, I determined that in ’78, but in the last seven years I’ve had to rely on others to keep me save from those that would destroy us. Now, today, I have to worry about those within my government that would destroy us from the inside with their “Spendulus Bill”.

I spent the early morning hours today reading various articles that explain what’s happening and going to happen with this Bill much better than I can. I’m going to list these 4 most direct and informative of those I’ve read in the last week for you to read as trying to post effective parts or paragraphs would taken even more room than I’ve taken already. So, I leave it up to you to read and digest for yourselves what is being done to us by these political animals who know better than experts or those unwashed masses (us) what is good for the country. From everything I read (with my logical approach to understanding being the techno-mechanical guy–see above), this payoff/spendulus/pork-ridden/government expansion Bill, will do nothing for anyone except themselves (those that are passing this thing) and construction (light or heavy), union and munifedgov (municipal & federal government employees) folks. There is nothing in this bill to stimulate what the majority of us out in the real world do for a living–private sector/consumer jobs. There is nothing to drive the technology or give us any way to drive the consumer spending in this bill, other than $13 a week more in our paychecks! Man, now that’s a “tax-cut”! They were afraid we’d pay bills or save the $400 or $800 (single or married) if they sent a check–so they’re going to just ctu the taxes a few dollars. Great! Yahooo! Yippee! The rest of the bill is nothing more than Demon-crat spending to those who brung them to the dance! So, what does it do for the rest of us? Nothing! They even cut the things for those of us that are unemployed–help with COBRA health payments and extension or increase in benefits.

It is too late to hope that the Tri-RINOs (Specter, Snow & Collins) have enough heart and soul to VOTE NO, we know they won’t. We can only watch and wait to see exactly what will happen as the Bill is paid out–we can’t even see where the money’s really going go until the thing is signed!

Let me know if any of the few of you that’ll read this can explain it better than the four I’m suggesting that you read or if you can explain how this is going to benefit me, mine and you in the near future, or the far future, for that matter.

Thanks, I’ll look forward to your input; here’s the list:

Stimulus Deal? So, where’s MY job?

February 8, 2009

Those that know me well, and maybe some of those other few that stop in here to read, know that I was laid off the last week of December; primarily due to the economic crisis, and specifically, the absolute dying of consumer and DOD electronics orders.

I’m a technical sales guy. I have sold everything from ion-implanters (used in the process of semiconductor chips manufacturing) to Heating and Air Conditioning; from CAD equipment to printed circuit boards, and then driller/routers in the printed circuit board manufacturing industry to dry ice blasters for non-destructive industrial cleaning. So, if you notice, they’re all driven by consumer needs or requirements.

Now, from one minute to the next I cannot tell you what’s in or what’s out of the Stimulus Bill that the Senate RINOs (Snow/Collins/Spectre, oops, Specter) caved into Reid for a piece of the pie and seems to be poised to pass on Tuesday. There is a tiny tax cut for businesses that hopefully will encourage expansion and hiring. There is going to be “tax cuts” in the form of money/checks to “taxpayers”, and maybe that will drive a revitalization of consumer wants & desires.

The majority of the bill is spending on Democrat-favored pork, they’re earmarks (even though the Democrats refuse to call it that) programs and social engineering.

Oh sure, there are the shovel-ready projects like water slides, frisbee golf courses, dog parks that might produce jobs (what, those three need around 20 folks–ooh, wow, sign me up). Then there are the infrastructure rebuilding and planning that should produce jobs, but those will be subcontracted out to companies that specialize in that type of work who already have employees. Maybe not enough, so perhaps that will create a 10-20% increase in employment at dirt cheap wages, unless you’re a heavy machinery operator (perhaps I should be going to one of those tranining schools; although, if I can drive a submarine–which I’ve done–then how hard can a bulldozer be?).

All the other spending is programs that will NOT create jobs–STD Prevention & Education programs (I hear it’s in, then it’s out; but I’m with Sean Hannity, you wouldn’t need this item at all if you QUIT having sex with strangers!); money to the National Endowment for the Arts (hey, I write, give me me some of that); BILLIONS are going to (are you ready) ACORN! (Well, I guess it does take money to rig elections and pay voters to vote 10-30 times.) There’s hundreds of millions to billions of dollars for research and investigation of non-existent Anthropogenic (man-made) Global Warming or Climate Change, as the Goracle is trying to re-brand it as more and more actual planetary/geologic/environmental scientist are coming out exposing the hoax. More Millions will be sent to left-winged National Public(?) Radio; and  hundreds of  billions and billions to things we don’t even know about.  Billions to do away with oil production and invest in pie-in-the-sky environmentally-friendly energy that will do nothing, again in the short term, but raise our energy costs. But, tell me how many jobs are going to be created with this specific spending?

The spending is supposed to and is directed to stimulate the economy in the short term. The shovel-ready and infrastructure projects won’t even start this year for the most part, and in most cases not before 2010! The social projects/programs will create little if no private sector jobs, if a few are created they will be governement jobs–growing the government again–and how do you get those jobs?

And I have a problem with the Republican plans as well–they’re harping on fixing the Housing and Automobile debacles! ‘They’re what started this mess.’ They want to bail out the folks under the threat of  foreclosure (now, I can sympathise with them, but my understanding was that was part of the November TARP bailout); and give tax credits to folks that buy homes and cars? I’m out of work, trying to manage living expenses and stay in my rental home on the paltry sum of $1512 a month from unemployment insurance. The last thing I am planning on doing in the near foreseeable future is buy a house or new car! And the one thing in the bill I thought I could use was helping pay COBRA health insurance and the damn Republicans cut that out! Geez!

I’d prefer to make a living writing. I mean, I have four complete novels finished (about a total of 1300 pages ready for print), a fantasy trilogy and a espionage/terrorist novel, but I can’t find an agent or a publisher. I’m a neophyte and trying to weed through the minutia and break into the clique to get published is nearly impossible without help from someone inside. I have another eleven novels to write in the fantasy series, four more with my new recurring intelligence character and then one or two others. These are all working in my head, but I have no way to get them out while trying to find a job consuming my life right now, but if I was published, then I could; wait, that’s the Catch-22, isn’t it. Oh well.

So, my question is this, of the 825 Billion to 1 Trillion (after it goes back through Congress and Pelosi adds back in what the Senate stripped out) spending and tax cuts where is my job? Although, I’m not abject to physical labor, those construction jobs will go to others before I get in line as there really won’t be that many jobs created and they’ll be going to base line pay grades. I’m a technical guy, I carried a electronics’ field engineering toolkit before I moved into sales some 20+ years ago, so my technical troubleshooting expertise is far out of state-of-the-art.

I know I will find a job, I always do, but with this economic malaise/crisis/atmosphere it will probably be a while. My point in being so honest and forthcoming here in this post is to articulate what most of us that are unemployed are feeling right now. The Stimulus does NOTHING to create enough jobs to make a difference, nor does it Stimulate the economy to create the jobs needed. It rewards those that the Democrats favor and got Obama elected, it rewards those that already screwed up or failed their customers in business, and rewards those that want the government to take over their lives and ensure that they continue their free ride on the government dole.

I stated this in my last post, Obama has failed and is ignoring or denying it–this is not a win for America and the people know it. The President is, in fact, ignoring the Polls that show there is less than 40% in favor of the bill, but Onama/Pelosi/Reid always state that the Majority of Americans are in favor–I guess they can’t read. Hey, that would explain why they don’t pay their taxes; that and they know where that money goes–so why pay them if it’s just getting flushed along with the other crap that they put out.

STIMULUS? It’s Very Simple, Really

February 4, 2009

Merriam-Webster On-Line

stim·u·lus
Pronunciation: \ˈstim-yə-ləs\
Function: noun
Inflected Form(s): plural stim·u·li \-ˌlī, -ˌlē\
Etymology: Latin
Date: 1684
: something that rouses or incites to activity: as a: incentive b: stimulant 1

Okay, how hard is this? It’s very simple, really; does it stimulate or incentivize the economy with money to get that same money into the hands of the people who will spend it on goods and services? Does it produce jobs in the short term, say within six months and specifically within a year?

Business/corporate tax cuts, “tax” rebates (yes, even if some receive that are not entitled) and grants for business start-ups or honest-to-God shovel-ready projects that require immediate new hires. Everything else is a wish list and desires; it does nothing to stimulate the economy and only gives those that want a socialist government what they’ve wanted for forty years. That is not stimulus, that’s social engineering and payoffs to the unions and supporters.

So, easy enough–

If  it gives the incentives to stimulate job production: Keep it!

If it does not: Scrap it!

All these other programs and items in the Bill, especially the infrastructure repair and expansion, should be addressed separately in individual bills or in a spending bill.

We all need to see what our Senators are doing regarding this Stimulus Bill, and inform them what we believe should be done. Let them know (see contact link below) we want no Pork, no Social programs, and if it doesn’t produce a job in the near term, put it in a different bill, including the Republicans stupid proposal to bail out the Foreclosures–that should come out of the TARP–wasn’t that part of that plan?
